Day 01 : Arrival
Delhi
On arrival at Delhi you will be received at the airport with garlands.
Our executive would escort you to your pre-booked Deluxe / Luxury
Hotel. We would have done a pre check-in for you at the hotel which
saves you time in the middle of the night.
Day 02 - Delhi
Today you will take full day sightseeing tour of New Delhi and Old
Delhi New Delhi visit includes Qutab Minar, one of the earliest
remains of Imperial Delhi (13th century AD) Humayun's Tomb-the fine
monument believed to be forerunner of Taj Mehal, India Gata, the 42
metre high arch was raised as a memorial to soldiers, drives past
Parliament House, President's House, Secretariat Building,
Laxminarayan Temple and The Connaught Place.
Delhi is just not a city but it is a book-- a book which narrates the
history of India. The city was built and destroyed seven times and has
been witness to the various events which has brought India through the
history books. Seven times this city went through the pain of being
built and rebuilt.
Today as the capital of India Delhi is the seat of administration and
the monuments which tell the saga of a bygone era stand there. These
icons are testimony to the grandeur of past and also an attraction for
the tourists. With an area of 1483 sq. Kms, Delhi is all set to
acquire full statehood. The charm of Delhi has attracted Emperors,
Conquerors and poor in equally. It is correctly said that Delhi is a
land of 'Dilwalas' or for people with heart. This phrase acquires a
true colour when one goes around the lanes of Delhi.
Day 03: Delhi - Alwar
Today morning after breakfast at hotel you will be driven for
ALWAR and reach by noon.
Alwar is a quaint town with a population of just over 200,000. Located
145 km from Jaipur and 170 km from Delhi, it lies in the hills of the
Aravalli range and is surrounded by lakes, forests and palaces.
An important Rajput state, Alwar played a vital part in the history of
Rajasthan. It came under Muslim rule in the 13th century and in the
18th Century, the Rajput ruler, Maharaja Pratap Singh, wrested it back
from the invaders and founded the then state of Alwar.
The locale is famous for its picturesque surroundings and a wide
variety of birds and animals. The famous Sariska Tiger Reserve is only
35 km away.
Day 04: Alwar - Jaipur
Today morning after breakfast at hotel you will be driven to Jaipur.
Upon arrival, check-in at your pre-booked Deluxe / Luxury Hotel.
Evening will be free for leisure activities. Overnight will be at your
hotel.
Jaipur, the vibrant capital of Rajasthan, is popularly known as the '
Pink City ' because of the pink-colored buildings in its old city. It
sits on a dry lake bed in a somewhat arid landscape, surrounded by
barren hills surmounted by forts and crenellated walls. This buzzing
metropolis is certainly a place of wild contrasts and a feast for the
eyes. All through, Jaipur has retained its strong Rajputana flavor
tempered by several influences - the mughal being the most prominent.
The region's strong cultural heritage is distinctly evident even
today. The city is a visitor's delight. From the intricate, delicate
looking Hawa Mahal to the graphic forms of the Jantar Mantar - an open
air observatory of outsized astronomical instruments, the Badi Chaupar
lined with shops and business establishments on both sides to the
majestic fort-palace at Amber; from the colorful fountains of life to
the sublime Birla Temple; from the architectural delight of the City
Palace to the serene Jal Mahal.
Day 05: Jaipur
Today morning after breakfast at hotel you will take excursion to
Amber Fort, set in a picturesque location. Amer is a fascinating blend
of Hindu and Muslim architecture. Built in the 16th century by Raja
Mansingh in red sandstone and white marble, the palace complex has
some very interesting apartments. Jai Mandir, Sheesh Mahal, Sukh Niwas,
Ganesh Pol and Temple of Kali are some of the prominent areas of
interest. Elephants are provided to ascend the fort to visit the
complex.
Day 06: Jaipur - Agra
Today morning after breakfast at hotel you will be driven to
Agra visiting en-route Fatehpur Sikri. The birth story of this
beautiful city is interesting. There, in a grotto in Sikri, lived a
Muslim Saint, Sheikh Salim Chishti by name. Akbar hearing of his
renown, asked of the blessings of a son, and when a son was born, not
only was the child named Salim, the site for a mighty and ambitious
project - a city - was chosen near the residence of the saint erected
in k1569. Upon arrival, check-in at your pre-booked Deluxe / Luxury
Hotel.
Agra is famous as the home to one of the Seven Wonders of the World
-the Taj Mahal. The architectural splendor of the mausoleums, the fort
and the palaces in Agra is a vivid reminder of the opulence of the
legendary Mughal Empire. Agra was their capital for nearly a hundred
years from 1564. A pleasant town, with a comparatively easy pace, Agra
is known for its superb inlay work on marble and soapstone by artisans
who are hereditary craft persons. The city is also famous for its
carpets, gold thread embroidery and leather shoes.
Day 07: Agra - Delhi
Today morning after breakfast at hotel you will be proceed for
sightseeing tour of Agra cover Taj Mahal and Agra Fort and latter you
will be transferred to domestic airport to take flight to Delhi. On
arrival at Delhi, you will check-in at your pre-booked Deluxe / Luxury
hotel.
Day 11: Delhi - Goa
Today morning after breakfast at hotel you will be transferred
to airport for flight to Goa. Arrive at Goa and check-in at your
pre-booked Deluxe / Luxury hotel. In afternoon you will take city
Tour. Overnight will be at Hotel.
Day 12 - 14: Goa
Today morning after breakfast at hotel your day will be at
Leisure for Beach Activities.
Goa: Variously known as "Pearl of the Orient" and a "Tourist
Paradise", the state of Goa is located on the western coast of India
in the coastal belt known as Konkan.Goa was liberated by the Indian
Army from Portuguese colonisation on December 19, 1961 and became an
Union Territory along with the enclaves of Daman and Diu. On May 30,
1987 Goa was conferred statehood and became the 25th state of the
Indian Republic. All the communities have mutual respect towards one
another and their secular outlook has given Goa a long and an unbroken
tradition of religious harmony. The warm and tolerant nature of the
Goans allows them to celebrate and enjoy the festivals of various
religions such as Ganesh Chaturthi, Diwali, Christmas, Easter and Id
with equal enthusiasm. Besides the natural beauty, the fabulous
beaches and sunshine, travelers to Goa love the laid-back, peaceful,
warm and friendly nature of the Goan people. After all, more than
anywhere else on planet earth, this is a place where people really
know how to relax.
Day 15: Goa - Delhi/ Mumbai
Today morning after breakfast at hotel your will be free for
activities in Goa. In afternoon you will be transferred to airport for
onward flight to Delhi / Mumbai for onward journey.
