Day 1 : Arrival Delhi
On your arrival at Delhi, the capital city of India, you will be received by our company representative. They will take you toyour pre-booked hotel and assist you in check in process. Stay overnight at Hotel.
Day 2 : Delhi City Tour
After breakfast in Hotel proceed to Delhi Sightseeing. You vill visit Qutub Minar: a UNESCO world heritage site, Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Raj Ghat. Also you will be taken to have a look at the India Gate (earlier known as All India War Memorial), government buildings like Parliament House in the surrounding area including the majestic Rashtrapati Bhawan or the President’s house by drive pass, back to the hotel for an overnight stay at Delhi Hotel.
Day 3 : Delhi – Agra by Surface (250 km / 4-5 hrs.)
Morning drive to Agra by road. Enroute visit to the Sikandra – Akbar’s Tomb. Upon arrival at Agra, assisted visit to Taj Mahal (listed in ‘Seven Wonders of the World’) built in white marble by Shahjahan for the love of his life: Mumtaz Mahal. Next, go to the beautiful Agra Fort (built by Akbar, known for its magnificent halls, gardens and architectural beauty). Also visit to the Itimad–ud–Daulah as know name of “baby Taj”. Overnight stay will be in Agra.
Day 4 : Agra – Jaipur via Fatehpur Sikri by Road ( 250 km / 5 hrs.)
Today after breakfast, we will be driven to Jaipur afterwards visiting the ‘ruined city of Fatehpur Sikri’ on the way (built by Akbar) having great historical importance. Check into a hotel on reaching Jaipur and enjoy a de-stressing overnight stay. Overnight stay will be in Jaipur.
Day 5 : Jaipur Sightseeing
In the morning visit the Amber Fort. Amber Fort was the capital of this state long time ago. Visit the Sheesh Mahal (Hall of victory) which is a hall glittering with mirrors. In the afternoon, Also explore the museum in City Palace and Jantar Mantar of Jaipur which exhibits astronomical devices of past times.
Jaipur is the capital of Rajasthan. It was painted in pink colour a century ago in honour of a visiting prince. Ever since, Jaipur has retained this pink colour. Built by Maharaja Jai Singh, a notable astronomer, this city is 260 years old. While in Jaipur, visit Maharaja's City Palace, the Observatory and Ram Niwas Gardens. Drive pass the Hawa Mahal. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 6 : Jaipur – Delhi by Road ( 260 km / 5-6 hrs.)
After post breakfast in Hotel, drive to New Delhi, Overnight stay will be in Delhi.
Day 7 : Delhi – Amritsar by Train (Day Train – Shatabdi Exp.)
Early morning pick from Delhi hotel at around 6.00 hrs and transfer to the railway station for boarding train to Amritsar by a comfortable train journey (air-conditioned). Morning meal will be served on board. On reaching Amritsar our representatives will take you to a hotel. Come evening we take you to witness the breathtaking beating retreat ceremony at Wagah Border. Wagah Border is one & the only land border open between India and Pakistan and the beating retreat ceremony is a daily military exercise conducted over here. Return to the hotel for night stay.
Day 8 : Amritsar – Delhi by Train (Day Train – Shatabdi Exp.)
Kick-start your day with a visit to the most revered place of worship of the Sikh community: The Golden Temple. It has been constructed in such a manner that it brings up the idea of secularism long preserved at its heart. We take you to Jallian Walla Bagh next where cold blooded mass murdering took place as General Dyer, a British general ordered firing at a peaceful assembly killing thousands of innocent people. At noon, arrive at the railway station from where you board a train to reach Delhi. Upon arrival Delhi railway station, we will transfer to a hotel and have a peaceful night stay in Delhi.
Day 9 : Delhi – Departure
Check out of the hotel with the help of our assistants and transfer to the airport to fly back home. Take with yourself happy memories of touring with us.
